Simply put, it's an incentive travel program like no other. It's a gift of indulgence, designed to congratulate, motivate or reciprocate.

Rock Star Vacation Rewards can be used at any of the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico and the Dominican Republic!

Here's how it works:

  1. Order your rewards by contacting vacationrewards@hrhaic.com.
  2. You'll receive your reward packets within 7-10 business days.
  3. Deliver the rewards to your deserving recipients.

It's that simple! We'll take care of the rest!

Reward Package

The Reward package offers the option of purchasing three, four, five, six or seven nights. Each award is transferable if it is not personalized. Award winners can choose among four (4) distinctive, five-star, all inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in the most awe-inspiringly beautiful tropical locations in the world with the style and luxury that characterizes the All-Inclusive Collection. Options include the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun in Mexico, the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta in Mexico, the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico, and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

Each Reward program in the resort includes:

Reward Packet:

  • Congratulations letter with instructions on how to redeem
  • Reward brochure displaying each resort

Trip Packet (delivered once trip is booked)

  • Reservation number and confirmation
  • Gift
  • Luggage tags

Validity of Rock Star Vacation Rewards

All rewards are good for 12 months and two weeks from the date the order is shipped. This allows you time to award your audience while giving them a complete year to enjoy their Rock Star Vacation Reward.

Terms and Conditions

  • All trips are based on availability at the time of booking
  • Travel must be completed by the expiration date
  • Based on double occupancy (two people occupying one room)
  • Payment must be received at the time of purchase
  • The rewards cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Changes, deviations and/or additions to the award are subject to additional fees and must be paid at the time reservations are made
  • Some restrictions may apply
